Footage shows the two-year-old buffalo laying beside the woman while she grooms him at a farm in Pichit province on January 31.
Buffalo enthusiast Rungarun Panmod said: ‘Kluay-Kai loves head scratches. He is the only buffalo at the farm that is always asking for attention.’
