Footage shows a tornado which destroyed homes in the Philippines on Wednesday (March 24).
Resident Jhoepe Baylon captured the twister as it ripped through several houses and small factories in Agusan Del Sur province.
Jeffrey Postrero from the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (MDRRMC) said it was the first time a tornado had struck their town.
The damage also included one hectare of paddy and 40 falcata trees. While no injuries were recorded in the incident.
Rescue officer Jeffrey said no one was evacuated and the affected families were already repairing their damaged houses.
The MDRRMC plans to conduct training for residents so that they can be prepared in the event of a similar incident and avoid casualties.
