This is the moment a hungry elephant stole sugar cane from a passing truck in Thailand.
Footage shows the jumbo using its trunk to pull some stalks at the back of the vehicle in Chachoengsao province on March 1.
Truck driver Oum Seksan said he was travelling along Khao Ang Rue Nai Wildlife Sanctuary when the animal spotted him.
Oum said: ‘I slowed down to avoid scaring the elephant. It then walked towards my truck sniffing the sugar cane and took some.’
