Shocked drivers watched as the silver SUV whizzed along the highway with the male stretched across the top of it along Route 29 in Pensacola on June 8.
Onlooker Ralph Andrada said: ‘This happened on my way home. It was the wildest thing I’ve ever seen and I live in Florida.’
