This is the scary moment a barber shop ceiling collapsed in China.
Shop owner Mei said he was cleaning his business when he heard cracking noises from the roof in Pizhou county, Jiangsu province on June 22.
Seconds after Mei noticed the sound, the whole ceiling collapsed and fell inches away from him.
He said: ‘The ceiling collapsed directly when I was just looking at it. I think it is because the place is quite old.’
Mei said he was unharmed in the workplace accident but he had to pay for the ceiling to be repaired.
