This is the heartwarming moment delighted children saw snow for the first time.
The youngsters watched the snow falling outside their window in Istanbul, Turkey, on Sunday (Jan 17)
One of them said: ‘This is the best day ever.’
The snow came after when a dry and warm spell ended.
The cold and wet front moved across western Turkey, bringing freezing temperatures which could last until Wednesday.
Istanbul’s Metropolitan Municipality’s (IBB) Disaster Coordination Center (AKOM) warned residents that roads would be covered in snow.
