An unwitting toddler trying to help an onscreen hero battle a monster shattered a television in China.
CCTV footage shows a two-year-old boy playing in their living room in Chengdu City, Sichuan province on August 20 while watching the Japanese superhero series ‘Ultraman.’
The child, in an attempt to help the titular hero, picked up his toy wheelbarrow and hurled it at the screen which shattered. Unsatisfied, he was later seen hitting the appliance with another toy.
The boy’s mother Liu said: ‘I stepped out for a bit to go to the restroom before returning to find the TV screen smashed. I have scolded my son and bought a new TV.’
