Robot dogs greet a confused puppy in a Japanese university

A cute puppy was confused after being greeted by robot pet dogs inside Meiji University in Tokyo, Japan on September 16.

Professor Homei Miyashita said that they decided to walk around the university with their robot dogs to see the reaction of a real dog.

They called the robots Unitree A1 – a quadruped walking robot with high exercise performance that can climb up and down slopes such as stairs.

Homei said: ‘The dog appears confused but delighted at the same time with the bubbly robots.’
