Bua Loy, a well-known tasty dessert to Thais, consists of varying ingredients in different regions of Thailand.
The rice flour is mixed with natural colours from Pandan leaves, roses, or butterfly pea flowers before being cut into small pieces and boiled in hot water.
The balls are then served with hot coconut milk, taro, and young coconut meat. Bua Loy is sometimes served with boiled egg or salted egg.
Bua-Loy is sold in different market vendors starting from 20 baht.
