This is the moment a police officer rescued a little girl who had slipped into a train platform gap in China.
Footage shows the three-year-old girl walking into the train coach with her mother before falling into the gap at Shanghai Hongqiao Station on October 10.
Police officer Yu Li, who was patrolling at the time, witnessed the incident and ran over to help the girl up. The man can be heard comforting the crying child as he lifted her from the narrow crevice.
After the rescue, Yu Li said: ‘Be careful next time.’
Fortunately, the girl did not suffer any major injuries and was able to board the train safely.
