This is the touching moment a father made a surprise for homecoming – by pretending to be a delivery man.

Solomon Monday was working abroad as a private driver before he was finally able to return home this month after three years.

Solomon wore a helmet while standing in front of the house from a distance as he pretended to be a courier. Meanwhile, his five-year-old son named Leo Adriel Monday came out and looked confused as his mother had told him a toy car was being delivered and he expected to receive a toy car.

At first, his son did not notice his face, but later on, the mother interfered and said ‘who is that’ and the shocked kid responds with a questioning tone ‘Papa’.

Furthermore, they both hugged each other and their eyes are filled with tears.

Leo’s aunt Crestina Monday took the video on October 18 in Davao City, the Philippines.

She said: ‘Leo cried for a long time as if he couldn’t believe that his father was with him. It was heart-touching to witness such an event, I thought it could only be seen in the film but also real life. This was my first time to witness like this.’
