This is the adorable moment a group of playful dolphins swam alongside a fishing boat in the Philippines.
Fisherman Franz Canales filmed the marine mammals porpoising on both sides of the boat as it sailed in Occidental Mindoro on October 18.
He said: ‘They’re always like that when we pass near their territory. It’s as if they’re trying to chase us. There were a lot of them this time.’
Dolphins ‘porpoise’ or dip in and out of water to increase their travel speed and save on energy as there is less resistance in air than in water.
