Carpet python effortlessly climbs tree in Australia

This is the spectacular moment a 7ft-long carpet python effortlessly climbed a tree in Australia.

Professional snake handler Reid Newell removed the snake from a property before releasing it into the woods in Victoria Point, Queensland on January 25.

Reid, from Snake Catchers Brisbane and Gold Coast, watched as the reptile calmly made its way on top of the tree using its scaly muscles.
