This is the heartwarming moment a passing driver stopped to help a pensioner safely cross a road in the Philippines.
Motorist Randy Kirong recorded the touching scene in Tagaytay City, the Philippines on November 4. Footage shows the good Samaritan leaving his vehicle on the sidewalk to guide the old man across the street.
Randy said: ‘I saw that the old man looked terrified because of the speeding cars. I decided to stop and help him, but the young man came to his rescue first.
‘It was quite amazing. My faith in humanity was restored.’
