In the video, the three-year-old fluffy dog named Mallows attentively watched the neighbours as he peeked outside the window while standing in Laguna, the Philippines on January 28.
Pet owner Maida Cardona said: ‘He usually does that every morning and he loves to listen to our neighbours. It’s like he understands what they are talking about.’
