A woman struggled to walk through heavy snow as a blizzard hit northeastern China anew.
Video shows the lady stomping across the waist-deep snow which had piled up in Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang province on November 23.
The Heilongjiang Meteorological Bureau issued heavy snowstorm warnings on November 22 evening, forecasting snowfall to continue until November 24.
The blizzard struck weeks after parts of northern China were hit by record snowfall early November. The severe weather has sparked concerns over an unreliable power supply throughout winter.
Local news magazine China News Weekly said the snowfall then was the worst to hit northern China since 1951.
