This is the stomach-churning moment a girl shows how to eat a large wild spider she cooked on a campfire – before serving up the ‘delicacy’ to her family.
Awan Rampaichon snared the arachnid from bushes near her home in rural Chiang Mai, Thailand on November 30.
She then barbecued the dark brown creature over an open fire until it was black and crispy before munching on it with her father.
Awan Rampaichon said: ‘This large spider taste very good. I only get to eat it once in a year.’
The youngster catches the creepy crawlies when they are in season and eats them with her family, who treat them as a delicacy.
