A pet dog enjoyed playing in the fresh snow covering New Jersey on Monday (Feb 1) as temperatures plunged to below freezing.
The Bernese Mountain Dog named Boris was bounding through the powder after being let out by his owner in New Jersey.
Weather officials said that New York City had its snowiest day in five years while parts of New Jersey were covered in up to 2ft of snow. More snow is expected in the coming week.
