This is the funny moment a man slipped on a wet set of stairs twice on the same day.
CCTV footage taken in Baoding City in Hebei province on August 19 shows the resident slipping down the stairs and onto the drenched road while looking at his phone.
He changed his clothes and returned – only to slip again on the wet surface and bang his head.
He was uninjured and walked away after the incident. Locals said it had been raining at the time so the steps were wet.
