A camel that was entangled in an iron wire was rescued in China.
The fallen animal was lying in the snow and struggling to stand up in the Alxa League in Inner Mongolia on January 10. A passer-by who saw the camel approached to free it from the snare.
Video shows the man gingerly untangling the trap then backing away when the camel’s larger companion appeared to threaten him.
The trapped camel was then seen walking away apparently uninjured after the incident.
